Ensure compliance with export policy, buyer requirements, and trade regulations to avoid documentation and shipment issues.

Coordinate with banks for LC document submission and processing to support timely export payments.

Assist in shipment booking and coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for timely cargo dispatch.

Support in collecting freight rates and coordinating logistics arrangements to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo movement to ensure on-time delivery as per buyer requirements.

Follow up with concerned parties to resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, or clearance problems.

Communicate with buyers regarding shipment status and documentation updates to ensure clear information flow.

Assist in processing export incentives and duty drawback claims with relevant authorities to support claim submission.

Maintain export records, shipment logs, and basic reports for tracking and management review.

Basic knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade procedures.

Familiarity with LC (Letter of Credit) operations and banking procedures is an advantage
