Always follow & work-out for Quality in `Right First Time`.

Good Knowledge about required Physical test (materials, F.G) & standard parameters at SATRA, ISO.

Good knowledge about Footwear technical competency, Materials & product life cycle & SOP of different manufacturing processes.

For enhancing product quality develop the process & workout for execution.

Good knowledge about production trial & process engineering

Bachelor`s Degree in Footwear Engineering, Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

Strong knowledge of footwear materials
