Assistant Manager, Industrial Engineering

Calculate and maintain accurate Standard Minute Values (SMV) for all production processes.

Perform line balancing and establish production targets to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Conduct loss time analysis and recommend corrective actions to minimize non-productive time.

Lead and support efficiency improvement projects to enhance operational performance.

Prepare and monitor factory production plans based on customer demand and capacity.

Calculate required manpower and overtime (OT) requirements against production demand.

Track daily production progress and take necessary actions to ensure target achievement.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports in a timely manner.

Lead continuous improvement and development initiatives to ensure process sustainability and operational excellence.

Coordinate with the Team Manager and cross-functional departments to monitor and follow up on team activities and production performance.

Analyze production data and provide recommendations for productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.

Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.

Maintain accurate production records and performance metrics.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Leather Engineering or a related discipline.
