Officer,Commercialization-Design Lab (Product Development)
Job Description
Solid knowledge about footwear materials and construction, especially DIP & PU pouring, to meet key features and product performance goals.
Ensure the product fits well and remains consistent by conducting careful checks, maintaining records, and clearly communicating with all concerned stakeholders.
Build and maintain good communication and relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly commercialization target plans.
Approve article-wise patterns for making cutting dies.
Conduct and confirm series size trials.
Provide all kinds of tooling and technical measurement charts to the production floor.
Check and assist in monitoring the production line during the startup of new articles.
Provide complete guidelines to the QA team before bulk production.
Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Drive initiatives to achieve operational cost efficiency.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Footwear Engineering, Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 28 years
Strong knowledge of footwear materials, construction, and production processes.
