Officer, Cutting-Quality Assurance
Job Description
Review daily production plans and conduct style assessments.
Ensure all pre-production requirements are completed as per SOP.
Monitor cutting quality and compliance with specifications.
Identify and control critical-to-quality (CTQ) points.
Inspect cut components for accuracy and workmanship.
Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
Train the team on quality standards and inspection methods.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance cutting quality and efficiency.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor`s Degree in Footwear Engineering, Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
