Executive, Lasting - Leather Production
Job Description
Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per production planning.
Maintain line efficiency according to approved operational standards.
Ensure product quality requirements and QKPI targets are consistently met.
Supervise proper manpower utilization while maintaining safety and shop floor discipline.
Control material consumption within approved budget standards.
Ensure SOP compliance across all lasting and related production processes.
Deliver orders within the committed production lead time.
Maintain timely and professional communication with IE, Planning, Quality, and other stakeholders.
Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions for deviations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Leather engineering/Science/Business from Public, Private or Oversees University.
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
Strong knowledge of leather footwear sewing processes and operations
Understanding of SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning
Knowledge of quality standards (AQL, FTR) and rework control
Ability to analyze production data and take corrective actions
Understanding of manpower planning and skill matrix management
