Junior Executive- Customer Service/ Tele sales
Job Description
Akij Venture is looking for a proactive and organized professional to manage customer interactions, Tele sales and CRM activities.
Responsibilities:
Attend and supervise incoming and outgoing customer calls, inquiries, and service requests.
Manage customer communications across social media and other digital platforms.
Monitor CRM data, lead management, and ensure proper follow-up activities.
Support customer issue resolution and maintain service quality standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams regarding leads and campaign performance.
Prepare and review reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
Lead, guide, and monitor CRM agents to ensure productivity and performance.
Assist in team scheduling, task allocation, training, and roster management.
Maintain shift/roster schedules as required.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
Willingness and mindset to work in roster/shift-based duty schedules.
Experience in CRM operations and customer service management.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools.
Knowledge of customer service tools and call handling systems.
Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work under pressure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
