Job Description
Akij Essential & Electrical Limited (AEEL) is looking for some dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Cables to lead and expand its cables sales operations in assigned regions. The position will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer networks, managing sales teams, and strengthening market presence.
Responsibilities:
Achieve regional sales targets for cables.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Lead, supervise, and motivate regional sales teams to ensure performance targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy dealer accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and distribution operations.
Conduct regular market visits and evaluate sales performance in assigned territories.
Experience
- 6 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Only Male
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel extensively.
