Executive – HR & Admin
Job Description
Akij Venture Group is looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Executive – HR & Admin for a Fisheries Development / Aquaculture Project. The position will be responsible for supporting HR operations, administrative activities, staff coordination, and compliance to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee documentation processes.
Maintain personnel files, HR records, and administrative documentation.
Coordinate office administration, logistics, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Prepare HR and administrative reports, letters, and official documents.
Coordinate with project staff, vendors, and service providers for administrative support.
Monitor office supplies, asset management, and utility services.
Support employee engagement, training, and staff welfare activities.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Fisheries
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
MBA/Master’s degree in HRM or Management will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
