Executive – Store & Accounts
Job Description
Akij Venture Group is looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive – Store & Accounts for a Fisheries Development / Aquaculture Project. The position will be responsible for maintaining store operations, inventory management, accounts documentation, and financial record keeping to ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain stock records, inventory registers, and store documentation.
Receive, issue, and monitor project materials, equipment, and supplies.
Prepare bills, vouchers, invoices, and accounts-related reports.
Support daily accounting activities and financial documentation.
Ensure proper inventory control and reconciliation of stock records.
Coordinate with procurement, admin, and project teams regarding store and accounts activities.
Maintain compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and expenditure statements.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Fisheries
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce, or related discipline.
Professional certification/training in accounting or inventory management will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting and inventory software will be preferred.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accurate records.
