Senior Executive - Motion & 3D Animator

Akij Venture is hiring a creative and skilled professional to enhance its visual communication and digital content quality across platforms. The role will support marketing and branding initiatives through engaging 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling that strengthen overall brand presence and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Create 2D/3D motion graphics for advertisements, social media content, explainer videos, and product demonstrations.

• Design, model, rig, texture, and animate 3D objects and characters for creative projects.

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and creative teams to develop high-quality visual outputs.

• Manage rendering workflow and optimize assets for smooth and efficient production.

• Implement feedback and revise animations while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest animation tools, software, plugins, and industry trends.

• Develop creative concepts for major campaigns, product launches, and brand films.

• Research design and motion trends and explore innovative tools and techniques.

• Support photoshoots, video shoots, and assist in visual planning for special events.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Age At least 26 years

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a must.

• Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or Houdini.

• Experience in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Familiarity with AI tools for creative design and animation tasks is required.

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 3D animation, or visual effects work.

• Good understanding of composition, timing, lighting, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
