Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking dynamic and analytical professionals to join our Enterprise Cost & Budget Performance Management (ECBPM) team. The selected candidates will be responsible for cost analysis, budget monitoring, performance reporting, and supporting management in driving operational efficiency and profitability across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze cost performance across assigned SBUs.

  • Prepare monthly cost reports, budget variance analysis, and management dashboards.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Review operational expenditures and ensure compliance with approved budgets and policies.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with finance and operational teams for accurate and timely reporting.

  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs and provide performance insights.

  • Support profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit.

  • Assist in implementing enterprise-wide cost control and performance management initiatives.

  • Provide analytical support for management decision-making.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

Education

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA) – Partly Qualified or Qualified.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 27 years
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools will be an added advantage.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Cost Management, FP&A, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, or Management Reporting.
