Job Overview
We are looking for a highly seasoned, proactive quality management professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Quality Department. The ideal candidate will oversee shift-wise quality operations, manage inspections, make critical technical decisions regarding fabric quality, and ensure seamless delivery parameters.
Job Description
Shift Management: Coordinate shift-wise follow-ups and handle day-to-day decision-making for complete quality department activities.
Fabric Inspection: Review and make critical decisions regarding held-up fabric for both online and offline inspection processes.
Monitoring: Oversee and track shift-wise fabric inspection and delivery schedules.
Parameter Settings: Review unloaded fabric shades and establish appropriate finishing parameters.
Delivery Approval: Provide final shade approval to clear fabric for delivery.
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. (A degree in Textile Engineering or a related technical discipline is highly preferred).
10 to 12 Years of experience in the textile/garment manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on fabric quality management.
Proven leadership abilities to guide shift teams and make swift technical decisions on the floor.
In-depth understanding of fabric shades, parameters, and defect analysis.
Experience
- 10 to 18 years

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
