Job Overview
The Junior Executive, HR will support the HR department in managing personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in employee-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare new personal files for employees.
Update old personal files as needed.
Issue letters for lefty employees.
Correct all employees` OT and attendance records.
Handle any additional tasks as assigned.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management
- Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University,National University students will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only Male
