Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professional to join our Textile Quality Department as a Senior Executive / Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality control processes, analyzing textile and garment quality reports, and minimizing rejection rates to meet organizational standards.
Job Description
Rejection Control: Review, rectify, and strategically reduce the cut panel rejection percentage.
Issue Resolution: Promptly receive, address, and provide effective solutions to quality complaints received from the garment section.
Compensation Management: Minimize and control compensation quantities based on actual garment demands.
Data & Analytics: Analyze textile reports against garment quality reports; maintain accurate data logs on both a daily and monthly basis.
Requirements
BSc in Textile Engineering
7 to 8 years of professional experience in the textile/garment manufacturing sector (specifically in Quality Assurance/Control).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle fabric and garment quality reports with high attention to detail.
Experience
- 7 to 14 years

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
