Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Executive – R&D to join our Textile Division. The employee will play a key role in fabric development, quality evaluation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of development projects for global buyers.

Job Description

• Manage new fabric developments for international buyers from concept and development stage to final approval.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of development activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during fabric development and bulk production processes.
• Monitor and evaluate fabric quality parameters, including GSM, shrinkage, shade variation, color fastness, and overall appearance.
• Analyze testing results and recommend process improvements to meet buyer requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of developments, sample submissions, and technical documentation to support on-time delivery.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed university.

• Age At most 30 years

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Textile/Fabric Development or R&D.
• Strong understanding of fabric development, testing, and quality evaluation processes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
