Executive/Senior Executive, International Marketing Logistics
Job Description
• Coordinate international customer orders, shipment plans, and delivery schedules with relevant internal departments.
• Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams for timely order execution.
• Prepare and verify export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, courier companies, banks, and clearing agents for smooth export operations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to overseas customers, agents, and country managers.
• Ensure compliance with export procedures, customer requirements, Incoterms, and pharmaceutical logistics standards.
• Maintain order, shipment, documentation, and logistics cost trackers and prepare periodic reports.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics-related issues through effective coordination.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience in International Marketing Logistics/ SCM Commercial (International Business)
