Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including joining formalities, documentation verification, and employee record creation.

  • Prepare and process employment-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer, promotion, increment, separation letters etc.

  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Manage employee personal files, document archiving, and records in compliance with organizational policies.

  • Support payroll administration by updating employee data, verifying records, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.

  • Handle employee queries related to HR services and ensure timely resolution with a customer-service mindset.

  • Support employee benefit administration, including medical facilities, insurance, bank account opening, and other HR programs.

  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and operational data to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

  • Participate in HR process improvement, automation initiatives, audits, and other HR operational projects as assigned.

  • Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Toiletries

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • BBA in HRM would be preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Sound understanding of HR documentation, employee records management, and HRIS / data management.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail, high sense of ownership, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented and proactive mindset.
