Sr./ Executive, Sales Analytics - Hygiene Business
Job Description
Track, consolidate, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance at national, regional, distributor, and SKU levels.
Monitor sales achievement against targets, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and MIS reports for management.
Conduct variance analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Provide insights on outlet coverage, distribution depth, and product placement.
Analyse sales trends, channel performance, and competitor activities.
Support Trade Marketing in evaluating promotional and merchandising effectiveness.
Manage sales automation tools (DMS, SFA, BI platforms, Excel dashboards).
Support demand planning through historical sales trend analysis and forecasting models.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Research Organization, Paint, Toiletries
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
