Junior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Job Context

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Software Engineer (Full Stack) who has hands-on experience developing real-world web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and enhance our internal software systems and eCommerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new features for the company's in-house software systems.
• Build and maintain Laravel and Next.js applications. Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and third-party systems.
• Manage and improve eCommerce product stock management modules.
• Develop and maintain promotional offers, discount systems, and campaign features.
• Generate business, sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Manage and maintain the company WordPress website and blogs.
• Fix bugs, optimize existing systems, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Operations, eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Support, and Design teams.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and project timelines.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Age At least 18 years

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum 1–2 years of real industry experience.

• Experience working on live commercial projects.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices.

• Ability to analyze requirements and solve technical problems independently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
