Surveyor – Civil Construction
Job Description
Conduct topographic, layout, and construction surveys.
Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
Set out building axes, grid lines, foundation lines, columns, roads, and utilities according to the approved drawings.
Verify dimensions, elevations, levels, and coordinates throughout the construction process.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built drawings.
Operate and maintain Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors regarding survey activities.
Ensure survey accuracy before and during construction work.
Assist in quantity verification and measurement for project execution.
Maintain proper documentation of survey data and records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Education
- Diploma in Civil
Diploma in Survey
