Job Description
- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple high-rise real estate projects from foundation to handover.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, and overall progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, approved drawings, and relevant engineering standards.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings before execution.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, BOQ verification, material consumption, and wastage reduction.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and HSE standards across all project sites.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Planning, Sales, CRM, and Finance departments for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to improve performance and productivity.
Experience
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
