Manager / Senior Manager - Structural Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and competent Manager / Senior Manager – Structural to lead structural design review, site supervision, and quality assurance for high-rise commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in structural engineering, code compliance, and site problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities :
Prepare, review, and verify detailed structural working drawings using AutoCAD.
Ensure structural designs and drawings comply with BNBC 2020, ACI codes, and project requirements.
Perform structural analysis and design review using CSI ETABS, STAAD-Pro, and CSI SAFE v22.
Conduct top-level site supervision and monitor structural work progress as per approved drawings.
Check shuttering/formwork, reinforcement placement, and structural execution quality at project sites.
Ensure coordination between structural and architectural drawings to avoid execution discrepancies.
Liaise with structural consulting firms for drawing corrections, design modifications, and technical clarifications.
Identify structural issues during construction and provide practical site-based solutions.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure safety compliance during construction activities.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and structural documentation for management review.
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Valid RAJUK Registration Number is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software.
- Proficiency in CSI ETABS, STAAD-Pro, CSI SAFE v22, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of BNBC 2020 and ACI codes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
