Client Management & Project Coordination

• Skilled in client presentation and project explanation in both Bengali and English.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proper communication and timely project delivery.

Project Management, Leadership & Quality Control

• Strong leadership quality and ability to undertake architectural & interior project execution effectively.
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects, including work planning, execution, quality control, and timely submission.
• Take authority of project workflow and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate team members for efficient project completion.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with different requirements simultaneously.
• Analyze multiple projects and manage priorities with effective time efficiency.
• Ensure quality control and maintain design standards throughout project stages.

• 7 to 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Developer, Building & Construction Materials

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from any recognized university.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture/ Related field will be preferred.
• Must have Membership of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB)

• Age At least 30 years

• Applicants should have experience of 7 – 9 Years in the design and developments of Real Estate/ Apartment Developments/ Construction and interior design.
• Applicants should have experience in design/printing/publishing/interior design.

3D Visualization & Software Skills

• Skilled in computer aided software such as AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Lumion, V-Ray 3D Rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, MS Office PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Can visualize projects and generate high-quality 3D perspectives from 2D drawings.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation preparation for architectural projects.

Interior Design & Finishing Knowledge

• Possess good knowledge of interior finishing materials and furniture design. And Strong understanding of project requirements and design coordination.
• Capable of preparing detailed interior design solutions according to project needs.

Architectural Visualization & Technical Drawing Skills

• Can transform schematic drawings into detailed working drawings with strong technical drawing skills.
• Can prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details with proper detailing.
• Can prepare BOQ along with specifications with strong analytical, graphical, and presentation skills.
• Aware of building codes and regulations as per Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.
• AutoCAD 2D 3D Autodesk, 3DSMAX, BOQ, CAD Coordination
