Job Description
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress / Hostess to provide excellent guest service, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and maintain professional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests courteously upon arrival.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menu information.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and reception areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Assist in table setup, reservations, and event service arrangements.
Perform any other duties assigned by appropriate authority.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Convention center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- HSC
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
- Only Female
Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, or hospitality services will be preferred.
