Waitress / Hostess - FoodExpo Restaurant, Bogura

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress / Hostess to provide excellent guest service, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and maintain professional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests courteously upon arrival.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menu information.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and reception areas.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

• Assist in table setup, reservations, and event service arrangements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by appropriate authority.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Convention center
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• HSC
• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Female

• Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, or hospitality services will be preferred.
