IT Co-Ordinator
Job Description
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web-based and mobile applications using Java, Python, and related technologies.
Coordinate end-to-end software development and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other enterprise software implementation and integration initiatives.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Coordinate with developers and management to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Monitor application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to end users.
Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection policies, and IT governance requirements.
Provide technical guidance, user training, and ongoing support to business teams.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
