Technical Support Officer - Civil Engineer

Sales-Linked Site Activities

• Visit all kinds of construction sites (residential, commercial, industrial) in coordination with the sales team to support business development activities

• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects during site visits and report potential sales leads to the concerned department

• Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients/contractors during site visits to support sales conversion

Site & Construction Oversight

• Monitor and supervise ongoing civil construction works at project sites

• Inspect structural, finishing, and utility works to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications

• Identify and report deviations from approved plans and recommend corrective actions

• Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

• Assist in preparing work orders, material requisitions, and technical submittals

Quality Control

• Conduct quality checks on construction materials (cement, rod, aggregate, etc.) before use

• Ensure work is executed as per BNBC standards and company quality guidelines

• Coordinate with third-party inspectors or consultants when required

• Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of civil works

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material supply

• Attend site meetings and report updates to senior engineers or management

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all civil works comply with safety regulations and company HSE policy

• Identify site hazards and escalate to the safety officer promptly

Support Functions

• Assist senior civil engineers in project planning and estimation tasks

• Provide on-site technical guidance to labor and foremen

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to civil engineering works

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male
