Job Description
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients in construction, real estate, engineering, and manufacturing sectors
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for steel products (TMT bars, MS angles, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers, contractors, and corporate buyers
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and follow up until order closure
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and report actionable insights to management
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Manage collections and ensure receivables are within company credit policy
Marketing Responsibilities
- Execute promotional campaigns targeting contractors, civil engineers, and procurement heads
- Develop marketing materials including product catalogs, brochures, and digital content
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and procurement meetings
- Support brand visibility in the local and regional market
- Coordinate with the digital team for online presence and lead generation
Reporting & Admin
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records of client data, visits, and order history in CRM or company system
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Steel
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
