Job Description

  • Look after entire housekeeping of entire factory premises. Supervise support staff- including cleaner, loader, etc. to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

  • Maintain liaison with local law enforcement- Local Thana, Industrial police, RAB, Government Intelligence and fire service departments for safety cooperation.

  • Vehicle monitoring, schedule maintenance and driver management including logbook vetting, checking and verifying.

  • Plan and execute VIP movement and close protection protocols of buyers, visitors and special guests of the organization.

  • Provide excellent hospitality to visitors, guests, and business partners; coordinate all guest-related logistics.

  • Training and development of support staffs like cleaners, loaders, peons etc. as per SOP of the company.

  • Ensure Fire equipment and fire safety checking and periodically inspection and confirm all are functioning properly.

  • Maintain company legal documents, licenses, and ensure periodically renewal of different licenses and certificates of the factory.

  • Coordinate with HR and Admin for maintaining discipline, absenteeism control, and crowd management during worker exit or in time or events.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa processing, accommodation, and logistics.

  • Monitor and manage CCTV systems to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets. Coordinate with security staff of the factory

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or Honorable Management Authority.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Education

    • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University

  • LLB/ LLM will be given preference

  • Skills Required: Administration, MS Office, regulations and ensure implementation of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Labor Rules 2015

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Working experience in garment industry is mandatory

  • Must have very good in typing for both Bangla & English

  • Must have experienced on filing GD.

  • Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.

  • Training on fire safety will be added advantage

  • MS office, power point presentation and Advance level Excel knowledge.

  • Should be smart, honest, sincere and punctual.

  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when needed.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
