Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and field visits.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients (corporate clients, vendors, or retail partners).
  • Sales Strategy: Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions/proposals effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new avenues for growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast data to the management team.

Experience

  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged), E-commerce, F-commerce

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).

Additional Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 

  • Sales Executive: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development. 
  • Senior Sales Executive: 3–5 years of proven corporate sales (B2B) experience, preferably within the Retail Sales sector. 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (fluent in [Language, e.g., English and Bangla]).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building quick rapport. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
