Oversee day-to-day hatchery operations, ensuring maximum hatchability and chick quality.

Monitor and manage incubation processes, including egg setting, hatching, and chick handling.

Ensure optimal environmental conditions within the hatchery facility.

Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to minimize risks and ensure disease-free operations.

Manage and train hatchery staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and performance metrics.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/ Animal Husbandry

Candidates with direct experience in GP hatchery operations will be given preference.

Strong knowledge of hatchery equipment and modern incubation technologies.

Effective communication and team management abilities.
