Executive / Sr. Executive – Internal Audit
Job Description
Conduct internal audits as per the audit schedule and company policies. (Head office, feed mills, farms, hatcheries, and other business units)
Verify financial transactions, operational processes, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify control weaknesses, operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Perform surprise audits and special investigations as required.
Prepare audit findings reports with recommendations and communicate them to management.
Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and company data.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
MBA/M.Com (Accounting)
CA(CC)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Only Male
Must be mentally prepared and willing to travel to any location within Bangladesh for audit-related work on a regular basis.
Ability to work independently with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in manufacturing, poultry, agro, or FMCG industries will be preferred.
