Beauty and Styling Assistant, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality makeup services to models in alignment with the shoot’s creative brief.      

• Design and execute camera-ready hairstyles that complement the concept of each shoot.     

• Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and the studio team to achieve the desired visual outcomes.      

• Manage on-set touch-ups and look transitions as needed throughout the shoot.      

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure proper care and organization of tools and beauty products.     

• Ensure all beauty and styling outputs reflect Aarong’s brand identity—elegant, natural, and contemporary.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation

• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

• Higher Secondary Certificate - HSC (skills and experience will be prioritized).

• Age At least 18 years

• Proven experience in fashion, or commercial makeup application.      

• Strong portfolio demonstrating past styling and makeover work for models or brand campaigns.      

• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and manage multiple models in a single session.      

• Good understanding of skin tone variations, lighting impact, and photography-friendly makeup techniques.      

• Professional demeanor with strong punctuality, communication, and attention to detail.      

• Saree draping expertise.

• Prior experience working with fashion brands, or studios.
