Job Description

  • Coordinate the timely distribution of design sheets to producers and monitor production schedules

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor production progress and ensure product quality standards

  • Assist in minimizing production costs and reducing product rejection rates

  • Review sample requests and costing before production

  • Prepare monthly accounts and reconciliation statements

  • Maintain all accounting books, registers, and financial records

  • Prepare staff payment vouchers and salary transfer sheets, and process payments

  • Prepare producer and supplier payment vouchers and coordinate payment adjustments

  • Verify order sheets against costing sheets before processing payments

  • Coordinate with producers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production and financial operations

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Education

  • A Bachelor`s degree in Finance & Accounts, Textile & Garment Technology, or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 24 years
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Practical experience in fabric production, dyeing, or textile manufacturing

  • Sound knowledge of fabric production processes, quality assurance, production planning, and costing

  • Basic understanding of accounting procedures, including journal, ledger, reconciliation, vouchers, and financial record management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication

  • Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with producers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
