Job Responsibilities:

• Drawing design of Company requirements as per instruction of HOD of Engineering & Construction.

• Design Co-ordination.

• Drawing Review & Management.

• Construction Co-ordination.

• Consultant Co-ordination.

• Regulatory Compliance.

• Material Co-ordination.

• Project Documentation.

• Co-ordination with internal Departments.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture

Registration with the relevant professional architectural authority

• Age 32 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, finishing materials, and coordination processes.

• Strong knowladge of Problem Solving.
