Corporate & SME CRM, Head Office: (Senior Officer to Senior Executive Officer)

Review and analyze credit proposal received from business/ RM unit for new, renewal, enhancement, restructuring, and rescheduling proposals

Prepare credit memo for approval by management/ EC and Board of Directors of the bank with clear risk analysis, mitigating exceptions and recommendation

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of borrowers, repayment capacity, cash flow, profitability, leverage, liquidity and debt services

Identify key business, management, industry and repayment risk

Liaise with Branches, Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Credit Administration  

Conduct visit to the customer business, factories, securities independently to access business, operations, management, market position, stock, utilization of credit facility and better understanding of credit risk

Monitor client’s performance, covenants, compliance issue and take corrective measures  

Minimum 05 years of experience in any reputed bank preferably with 02 years of experience in similar role/ CRM  Graduation/Post-Graduation, preferably in a business-related discipline, from any reputed public/private University with no Third Class/Division

Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable

Knowledge of Lending Operations, Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations, CRM guidelines of Bangladesh Bank

Ensure compliance with the Bank Company Act, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal credit policies, and AML/KYC regulations

Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/Banking software
