Quality Manager (Denim Expert - Woven) - Garments Factory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and technically sound Quality Manager (Denim Expert – Woven) to lead the quality team for high-end buyers like Kontoor, OTTO, LPP, ZARA JBC, Vartbaudet, Bonprix, etc. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of woven garments manufacturing, denim, and buyer audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with global brands' quality requirements (e.g., H&M, Inditex, Walmart, etc.)
• Up-to-date knowledge of QMS, IE, and lean tools; Knowledge of updated machines and equipment      
• Strong knowledge of AQL standards, quality tools, and buyer compliance.    
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.· 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently   
• Experience in handling sustainability and social compliance audits.·
• ISO or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Ensure quality at the optimum level, maintaining as per the buyer's requirement.
• Work with the PP team to make sure all quality issues are addressed before line start.
• Ensure fabric inspection, in-line inspection & final inspection.
• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with the team.
• Maintain the required MIS report.
• Work with respective cross-functional teams on corrective actions if any failures are found in the above processes.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience (essential) (Denim Bottom) is a must, along with others.
• Especially, the Experience of Buyers like: Kontoor, Otto, LPP, ZARA, Bonprix
