Must be an expert in UD and UP.
Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, supplier,
Ensure updating the bond register (In-bond & Ex-bond) on time.
Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.
To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related to customs and bond.
Perform and face routine audits by external agencies relating to UD and UP.
Follow up on all import L/C formalities and make sure the "insurance coverage note" open according to the PI collected for LC opening.
Handle all customs-related responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC.
Obtain and renewal of all licenses (e.g ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Boiler, Factory, Fire & other licenses) and other related licenses from licensing authority
And any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
