Corporate Sales (Asst. Manager / Manager)
Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and government sectors, as well as architectural and interior design firms.
Search, monitor, and evaluate relevant tenders through the e-GP portal and other procurement platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project follow-ups to secure new business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, tender status updates, and business development reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with client requirements and procurement regulations.
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding bills from clients.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.
Maintain tender-related documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, government organizations, and key stakeholders.
Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, and tenders to maximize business opportunities.
Experience
- At least 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Building & Construction Materials
Education
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or government tender management.
Hands-on experience with the Bangladesh e-GP portal and public and corporate procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation, bid preparation, and contract management procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings when required.
Experience in the interior design, fit-out, construction, furniture, or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
