Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and government sectors, as well as architectural and interior design firms.

  • Search, monitor, and evaluate relevant tenders through the e-GP portal and other procurement platforms.

  •  Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project follow-ups to secure new business.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming business opportunities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, tender status updates, and business development reports.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with client requirements and procurement regulations.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding bills from clients.

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.

  • Maintain tender-related documentation, certifications, and compliance records.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, government organizations, and key stakeholders.

  • Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, and tenders to maximize business opportunities.

Experience

  • At least 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Building & Construction Materials

Education

    • Diploma
    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 28 years
  • Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or government tender management.

  • Hands-on experience with the Bangladesh e-GP portal and public and corporate procurement processes.

  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, bid preparation, and contract management procedures.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings when required.

  • Experience in the interior design, fit-out, construction, furniture, or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
