Business Planning & Development Engineer

• Support overall business and operational activities.

• Coordinate with CSD & global business division to ensure yearly targets.

• Manage and update relevant policies.

• Conduct market research & competitor analysis for local and export markets.

• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into product specifications.

• Ensure compliance with country-wise regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with R&D, Production and Sales for new product development & launch.

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support pricing strategy & product positioning based on market insights.

• 1 to 3 years
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

B.Sc. in IPE/ME from any reputed university.

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Up to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Operations will be preferred.

• Must-have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & data analysis.

• Should have strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
