Sr. Manager – Dry Process (Al-Muslim Washing Ltd.)

Job Context:

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic candidate as a Sr. Manager- Dry Process for our 100% export-oriented woven garments washing factory. Foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have good knowledge about the washing machine, different washing procedure, and chemical action and all kinds of dry process activities.

• To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up.

• To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making.

• To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.

• Capable of the utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.

• Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.

• Candidate should have knowledge on:

  . Dry processing work for all kinds of pants & jacket items.

  . 3D - Crinkle effects / Auto Woven

  . Grinding/Damaging

  . Mending with Stitching

  . Hand Brush

  . Scrunch/Crumple

  . Scraping

  . Tagging

  . Tint

  . Whisker

  . Laser ind other special finishes.

  . Any other task as & when assigned by the Management

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or a related discipline.

• Equivalent international qualifications are welcome.

• Age 35 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Must have sufficient knowledge of sustainable washes

• Capable to work by utilizing less manpower.

• Good leadership quality and able to work under pressure

• Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
