Officer-Sales (Tile Adhesive Wing)

• Regularly visit under-construction buildings, government and private projects, industrial projects, developers, and tile shops to identify business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct Tile Adhesive Pull-Out Tests at project sites, developer offices, and tile shops to demonstrate product strength, bonding performance, and application quality to customers.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other project stakeholders to expand market coverage and business growth.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure maximum market penetration in line with company sales strategies.

• Promptly address customer complaints and coordinate with the Production and Technical teams to ensure effective resolution and continuous product improvement.

• Demonstrate strong field-level engagement with sound knowledge of interior and exterior tile installation applications.

• Independently conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, even without mason support, to ensure proper product presentation and customer confidence.

• Educate customers regarding product features, applications, advantages, and technical benefits to support informed purchasing decisions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and provide actionable insights to support business strategy and market expansion.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, sales forecasts, visit summaries, Pull-Out Test reports, and performance updates to management.

• Submit Daily and Weekly visit/activity reports to the Head of Department in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Tiles/Ceramic, Paint, Interior Design, Building & Construction Materials

• BSc/Diploma in Civil or Architechture.
