Associate Executive - Accounts & Finance
Job Description
Record and maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
Prepare and post General Ledger (GL) entries for receipts, payments, and provisions
Process vendor bills, petty cash expenses, and payment vouchers
Assist in managing daily cash flow and preparing fund forecasts
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain bank-related records
Ensure proper deduction and documentation of source tax and VAT
Maintain organized financial documents and supporting records
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
Support internal and external audit requirements
Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by management
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; from a recognized public or private university.
CA-CC is preferable
