Relationship Officer
Job Description
• Maintain regular communication with deployed workers and client representatives.
• Monitor and ensure workers' daily attendance and presence at project sites.
• Collect and submit daily, weekly, and monthly worksite reports.
• Address workers' concerns, requirements, and welfare issues promptly.
• Coordinate between workers, site supervisors, and management.
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth workforce operations at assigned sites.
• Handle emergency situations and workforce-related challenges professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and workers.
Education
- Masters
- Bachelor/Honors
