Job Description
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain communication with clients, candidates, overseas employers, and business partners.
- Prepare reports, official correspondence, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential files.
- Coordinate recruitment-related documentation and administrative processes.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Support management in implementing operational procedures and business objectives.
- Ensure efficient office workflow and administrative compliance.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Only Male
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional office administration experience.
- Previous experience with a foreign recruitment agency in Bangladesh is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and client communications.
- Experience in overseas recruitment administration and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with foreign employers, recruitment partners, and candidates.
- Strong experience in preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing administrative documentation.
- Experience in visa processing, work permit documentation, and recruitment compliance will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in managing office operations and supporting senior management is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
