Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain communication with clients, candidates, overseas employers, and business partners.
  • Prepare reports, official correspondence, presentations, and administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential files.
  • Coordinate recruitment-related documentation and administrative processes.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Support management in implementing operational procedures and business objectives.
  • Ensure efficient office workflow and administrative compliance.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing

Education

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only Male

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional office administration experience.
  • Previous experience with a foreign recruitment agency in Bangladesh is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and client communications.
  • Experience in overseas recruitment administration and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with foreign employers, recruitment partners, and candidates.
  • Strong experience in preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing administrative documentation.
  • Experience in visa processing, work permit documentation, and recruitment compliance will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in managing office operations and supporting senior management is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office applications.
