Receptionist
Job Description
Overseeing & ensuring day to day front desk activities.
Ensuring attendance of guests & providing report to the management.
Maintaining daily register.
Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
Greet and welcome all users of the office.
Operating telephone, mobile, PABX of reception.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Resort, Club
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Diploma
Bachelor/Degree in any discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Polite, patient, responsible and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and internet usage.
Height Must be above 5` 4".
