Job Context
JSK Travels, a sister concern of JSK Group, is a licensed manpower and travel agency (Recruiting License No: 1368) engaged in overseas recruitment, worker visa processing, Hajj & Umrah services, and air ticketing operations.
The company is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead overall operations, manage international manpower processing, and ensure smooth and compliant business activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee overall operations of JSK Travels (Manpower & Travel)
Manage overseas recruitment and worker visa processing operations
Ensure compliance with BMET, government, and international regulations
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Maintain strong relationships with foreign employers and agents
Supervise ticketing, visa, and Hajj/Umrah services
Monitor financial performance, revenue, and operational costs
Lead and manage team members across departments
Ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Master of Arts (MA)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment & worker visa processing
Experience with BMET procedures and manpower regulations
Knowledge of IATA, air ticketing & reservation systems
Experience in Hajj & Umrah operations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and negotiation ability
Ability to handle foreign clients and agencies
