Job Context

JSK Travels, a sister concern of JSK Group, is a licensed manpower and travel agency (Recruiting License No: 1368) engaged in overseas recruitment, worker visa processing, Hajj & Umrah services, and air ticketing operations.

The company is seeking a competent and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support overall operations, ensure smooth manpower processing, and assist in managing business growth and compliance activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist GM in overall operations of JSK Travels

  • Manage worker visa processing and overseas recruitment activities

  • Ensure compliance with BMET and government regulations

  • Coordinate with foreign employers, agents, and clients

  • Supervise ticketing, visa, and travel operations

  • Monitor daily operations and prepare reports for management

  • Support business development and market expansion strategies

  • Ensure quality customer service and client satisfaction

  • Lead and coordinate team members effectively

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment, Diagnostic Centre, Transport Service

Education

    • Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 18 years
  • Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment & worker visa processing

  • Experience with BMET procedures and manpower regulations

  • Knowledge of IATA, ticketing & reservation systems

  • Experience in Hajj & Umrah operations

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate with foreign clients and partners
