Manager - R&D (Home Care & Cleaning Products)

Tasmia Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd. is an ISO-certified leading FMCG manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional for the mentioned position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve formulations for Glass Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Dishwash Products, and other Home Care items.

• Conduct laboratory trials, stability studies, and product performance evaluations.

• Scale up products from laboratory to commercial production.

• Evaluate new raw materials and packaging materials.

• Optimize product formulations for quality, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Maintain R&D documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Provide technical support to Production and Quality teams.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technical/Engineering

M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering from a reputed university.

• Age At most 50 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Home Care, Cleaning Products, or related FMCG industries.

• Hands-on experience in formulation development and product commercialization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead product development projects independently.

• Age preferably within 50 years.
