Manager - R&D (Perfume & Fragrance)

Tasmia Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd. is an ISO-certified leading FMCG manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional for the mentioned position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative perfume, body spray, attar, and fragrance-based product formulations.

• Customize fragrance profiles according to market demand and consumer preferences.

• Coordinate with local and international fragrance suppliers.

• Conduct product evaluation, stability studies, and sensory testing.

• Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.

• Maintain R&D documentation and technical records.

• Provide technical support for production scale-up and quality improvement.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry

M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or related discipline from a reputed university.

• Age At most 50 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Perfume, Fragrance, Cosmetics, or Personal Care Product Development.

• Strong knowledge of fragrance composition, blending, and product evaluation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience working with international fragrance houses will be an added advantage.

• Age preferably within 50 years.
